Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SoulwearPrint.
2. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases, access, and use of this website and the products offered through it. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
3. Products and Fulfilment Model
SoulwearPrint operates using a print-on-demand / dropshipping fulfilment model.
Products are manufactured and shipped by third-party fulfilment partners (e.g. Printful).
Despite third-party fulfilment, SoulwearPrint remains the contractual seller and is responsible toward the consumer under EU law.
4. Prices, Currency and Taxes
- All prices are displayed in the selected currency at checkout.
- We are VAT-exempt under Hungarian law (Alanyi adómentesség).
- VAT is therefore not charged.
- Import duties, customs fees or local taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.
5. Order Acceptance
An order is considered accepted when:
- payment has been successfully processed, and
- the order confirmation email has been sent.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to errors, suspected fraud, or availability issues.
6. EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal
If you are an EU consumer, you have the statutory right to withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason, unless a legal exception applies.
Withdrawal instructions and conditions are detailed in our Refund & Return Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery terms, estimated shipping times, and responsibility for customs or delays are described in our Shipping Policy.
Risk of loss passes to the consumer upon physical receipt of the goods.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (text, graphics, images, designs) is the property of SoulwearPrint or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoulwearPrint shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
This does not limit mandatory consumer rights under EU law.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Hungarian law, without prejudice to mandatory EU consumer protection laws.

11. Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to place an order or use this website. By purchasing from us, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly sell products to children or minors.
12. Product Appearance Disclaimer
Due to differences in monitors, browsers, lighting, and printing processes, the actual colors and appearance of printed products may vary slightly from what you see on screen. We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible, but minor variations are normal and do not qualify for return unless the product is defective.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, carrier issues, or government actions. In such cases, we will notify you and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
14. DMCA / Copyright Infringement Notice
If you believe any content on this site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to contact@soulwearprint.com including: (1) your contact information, (2) identification of the copyrighted work, (3) location of the infringing material, (4) a statement of good faith belief, and (5) your signature (electronic is fine).
