1. EU Right of Withdrawal

EU consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

2. Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in unused condition
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective
• Returns must be sent to the address specified after withdrawal notice

3. Dropshipping & Print-on-Demand Notice

Because products are made on demand:

• Returned items may not be restocked
• Returned items may be treated as non-resalable

This does not affect statutory EU rights, but affects logistics and handling.

4. Refund Method

Refunds are issued:

• to the original payment method, or
• as store credit (where agreed)

Refunds are processed within 14 days after return confirmation.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item is defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days.
Replacement or refund will be arranged at no additional cost.
