Shipping policy

Shipping Regions

We currently ship only to countries within the European Union (as selected at checkout). We do not ship outside the EU at this time.

Processing Time

All products are made on demand. Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email immediately, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once dispatched.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery after dispatch (from our fulfilment partner):

• EU countries: 5–12 business days (most arrive in 7–10 days) Times are estimates only. Delays can occur due to customs checks, carrier volume, or weather. We provide tracking so you can follow your package.

Shipping Costs

We charge a simple flat shipping rate of €8 for all orders within the European Union.

This flat rate applies regardless of:

• The number of items in your order
• The product type (t-shirts, hoodies, totes, etc.)
• Your exact location in the EU

Tracking & Lost Packages

All orders include tracking (via email). If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, or if it is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days at contact@soulwearprint.com with your order number and tracking details. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a resolution (replacement or refund) at no extra cost to you.

Customs and Duties

As we ship only within the EU, customs duties and import taxes do not apply. All prices include any applicable local fees.
